Free Delivery is only available if your order is QAR250 and above. Standard delivery on the other hand is QAR15. The delivery usually takes 2-3 Business Days.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This means that if an order is placed on a weekend (Friday & Saturday) or Thursday afternoon, the order will be processed on Sunday morning. If ever there will be delays in the delivery, our staff will be notifying you in advance.

Once you have successfully placed your order. You will receive an order number and delivery confirmation upon completion of your online purchase. You can check the order number & details by visiting your My Account > Orders or you can check your email address for the invoice.

Yes. Once the payment has been made and the order has been placed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation. You can check the invoice in My Account > Orders or in the email address associated to your Kids Store account.

This helps you track your orders online by providing your order number and email address used when ordering. It will show whether your recent order is not yet processed, is being processed, shipped and delivered. Our staff will contact you for the estimated day / time of arrival of your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Naps, etc.

When you place your order on our site, payment is debited from your account as soon as the order is placed. If accepted, your method of payment will be debited. If rejected, and you do not provide an alternative method of payment which is accepted, the order will not be processed.

To put it simply, wishlist contains the list of items you plan on buying in the future.

At Kids Store, our shipments goes through meticulous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. We urge you do not accept seal open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment box as returns won’t be accepted in such cases.

However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund.

  1. Contact our WhatsApp Chat Support or email us directly
  2. Provide us with your order details and request for refund or exchange
  3. Show evidence that the product or item is damaged or the wrong product delivered.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us unused and in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Once your order has been placed, you only have a small window of 10-20 minutes to cancel it before it is processed in the warehouse. Contact us through our WhatsApp chat support to cancel your order before your order  gets processed.

Once the order has been processed and is accepted by the warehouse, please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.
